How long do you have to stay off the carpet after cleaning?
The longest your carpets should be damp after the cleaning is 8 hours at the most. We work hard to extract as much water as possible. We also use fans. Here’s why this is so important to us.

Why can’t you walk on the carpet after cleaning?
When we do a deep carpet cleaning, we also are reinvigorating the carpet pile fabric shape. This can make a flattened carpet fluffy again. When you walk on it while it’s damp, it can flatten it back down, drying flat. Wet carpets also will absorb the dirt on your shoes. That’s why it’s important to leave it alone to dry completely before traffic.

Do carpets need to be vacuumed before cleaning?
Only if your floors are particularly dirty or you have a large amount of animal shedding we do ask that you vacuum them. That will help the technician give your floors the best deep clean treatment! Do you have to empty a room to clean a carpet?
No need to move anything, except for anything in the main traffic areas. We will clean what is exposed. You can move any heavy furniture if you really want us to clean under it, but that is up to you. We do not mind moving dining room chairs or a coffee table.

Do you only clean carpets?
We also do upholstery cleaning and area rug cleaning! Whether it’s a sectional or a dining room chair, we can assist! We take area rugs off-site for a day-by-day process to get them back to the day they were purchased. We return them up to a week later.
